798 Art District

2006

A state owned factory (electronics) converted into gallery spaces, art studios, restaurants, design studios, art centres and bars constitutes the 798 Art District. Although most of the works lie within traditional contemporary arts – a clear prominence of politicized works was evident. The space has maintained much of its factory details.
