Critical Art Ensemble's new film, commissioned and produced by The Arts Catalyst, was made on location in Stornoway, North-West Scotland. It centres on the recreation of sea trials conducted by the UK government in the 1950s, as part of a programme of bioweapons research investigating the airborne distribution of bacterial agents.
