BioDifference explores the new field of Bioart with ideas concerning relationships with living systems and the interconnectivity of the different levels of life. From nature observed through the lens of human artifice and issues surrounding bio-commerce, ownership of the body, gender and race. The exhibition presents an array of voices and discourses which calls attention to works engaged with life manipulation from a critical and activist perspective.
