Surrounding the Imperial Palace are a set of well arranged gardens with an unusual smooth carpet of grass. A mix of ferns and this grass makes for a dreamy soft view.
The more we looked the smoother and dreamier the grass appeared - unfortunately only the lens of your eyes will do it justice.
